Marianne Gaba (born 13 November 1939 in Chicago) is an American model and beauty queen. She was Miss Illinois USA 1957 Playboy
magazine’s Playmate of the Month for its September 1959 issue. She was the first Playmate to fill out a Playmate Data Sheet, although this was not included in the magazine.
Gaba placed in the top fourteen in the national pageant, which was won by Mary Leona Gage (who would resign the following day amidst scandal).
